What makes Maximus Consulting Group unique is our 3600consulting model, developed after an extensive experience with organisations of various sizes and more importantly at various stages of life cycle. We classify them as either,
- Ideas to action stage/ Start-up stage OR
- Growing/expanding Stage,
depending on their life cycle stage. Together we identify them as Start-ups and Growing Enterprises (SnGE).
From our experiences we found certain patterns. The challenges that were impacting the performance of these enterprises were also found. These were:
- Attracting and retaining the right people;
- Developing a strategy and aligning people to the strategy and day goals;
- Scarcity of finance capital and the difficulties in not only getting the finance but also in deploying it correctly;
- Developing the Brand with a marketing programme in order to build a value for the consumers and other stake holders thus creating a value for the organization.
- Deployment of the infrastructure available in a way that supports the deployment of all the above and sensitizing all employees to become a wilful partner in implementing the various systems.
These effectively cover all the four capital. We believe that enterprises that effectively leveraged the potential of all 4 capitals viz., HR, Brand, Finance, and Structure performed consistently well. We drew our inspiration from these experiences and developed our model of consulting as 3600 Consulting.
We operate on the premise that every organization has still a large potential remaining untapped and to realize its full potential it has to effectively use all the 4 x capitals - In simple terms, we help the Start-ups and Growing Enterprises (SnGE), across industry verticals, to improve their performance from Point A to Point B by leveraging the potential of all 4 x Capitals viz., HR, Brand, Finance and Systems & Structure, using our unique 3600 consulting model.
Maximus Approach
Our consulting aims at developing solutions for overall business performance improvement using a 3600 approach. It is a business consulting process covering all the four capital - Human, Brand, Finance and Structure. We also believe that we should take ownership for implementation too. Hence our offerings are always on the basis 'Build - Operate - Transfer' ensuring that we deliver the idea, implement in collaboration with the client, and ensure the expertise required to continue gets transferred to the client.

- Customised solutions: We are here to provide a solution which will bring value to the client. Each of the customer context is different and hence they require a fresh approach and thorough study. This also means our engagements with clients is intensive and longer.
